Dafi i Nefi was not created as an ordinary playroom. It was born from a shared vision that children deserve an environment where they can grow through love, play, creativity, and relationships with people who truly see, understand, and support them.

Our Story

A place where play, imagination, and friendship grow together

Our concept brings together the Orders of Love, pedagogy, psychology, a systemic approach to family, art, and creative expression in a philosophy of love that has a future. We believe that a child’s sustainable development does not begin with learning facts, but with a sense of belonging, security, support, and the freedom to be who they truly are.

Behind the Dafi i Nefi concept are two family-oriented women from different professional backgrounds, supported by their partners and united by the same mission—to create a place where children, parents, families, the team, collaborators, and they themselves can all grow together. We believe it is important that everyone grows with a sense of fulfillment and joy.

Founders

Behind the Dafi i Nefi concept are two women from different professional backgrounds, united by the same mission—to create a place where children, parents, and families can grow together.

Mother, Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development Management in Tourism Jelena Ilić “I am the mother of five children, all born at home with the presence of just one person – the man of my life, my husband, Vlado Ilić.” I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Management in Tourism and am a specialist in sustainable spiritual development. I have been professionally dedicated to pedagogy and the sustainable development of children for more than two decades through various educational approaches. I am an international educator in Family Constellations, with more than ten years of experience leading educational groups, conducting individual consultations, and managing teams on various successful international projects. Together with my husband, Vlado Ilić, I am the author of the children’s and family book *Dafi i Nefi*. I am also the founder of a unique concept for the sustainable development of children, which, together with co-founder Nađa Rajnović and our team, we continue to develop through various activities within Dafi i Nefi. Both professionally and personally, I live by the principles of the Orders of Love method. Together with our family, friends, colleagues, clients, and children, we sow the seeds of a love that has a future—a love that truly sees and is sustainable for everyone involved.

Jelena Ilić

I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Management in Tourism and am a specialist in sustainable spiritual development. I have been professionally dedicated to pedagogy and the sustainable development of children for more than two decades through various educational approaches.

I am an international educator in Family Constellations, with more than ten years of experience leading educational groups, conducting individual consultations, and managing teams on various successful international projects.

Together with my husband, Vlado Ilić, I am the author of the children’s and family book *Dafi i Nefi*. I am also the founder of a unique concept for the sustainable development of children, which, together with co-founder Nađa Rajnović and our team, we continue to develop through various activities within Dafi i Nefi.

Both professionally and personally, I live by the principles of the Orders of Love method. Together with our family, friends, colleagues, clients, and children, we sow the seeds of a love that has a future—a love that truly sees and is sustainable for everyone involved.

That is why we are building Dafi i Nefi together—a place where knowledge, experience, and love come together so that children and their families can grow with our support.” After studying graphic design, visual communications, and marketing in Milan, as well as living, traveling, and continuing my education in various European cities—from London and Madrid to Belgrade—I returned to my hometown with the desire to create spaces and experiences filled with purpose, depth, and a lasting impact. Through traveling the world and discovering different cultures, people, and ways of life, I came to realize more deeply that connection, belonging, and healthy relationships are universal human needs. For more than ten years, I have been developing my own projects and collaborating with local and international companies, while continuously expanding my knowledge in psychology, human development, and family relationships. I am currently training in the Family Constellations method, with a special focus on children’s emotional development, empathy, and family dynamics. I believe that freedom, connection, creativity, and authenticity are the foundations of every child’s healthy development. Through art, music, movement, play, and meaningful human relationships, I seek ways to help children grow with greater self-confidence, less external noise, and more space to become who they truly are.

Nađa Rajnović

After studying graphic design, visual communications, and marketing in Milan, as well as living, traveling, and continuing my education in various European cities—from London and Madrid to Belgrade—I returned to my hometown with the desire to create spaces and experiences filled with purpose, depth, and a lasting impact.
