Educator • Senior Trainer

Vlado Ilić is an educator, professor, and certified international senior trainer in Family Constellations, known in professional circles by the names Love and Walking Heart. Born in 1962, he graduated in Belgrade and pursued postgraduate studies in Germany, where he spent more than a decade working as a manager at Audi’s prestigious executive training academy. Since 1996, he has been actively practicing and teaching Family Constellations (the Orders of Love), following years of training with the founders and leading practitioners of the method, including Bert Hellinger, Dietrich Weth, Dr. Rauscher, and others. Through lectures, workshops, seminars, publications, and educational programs, his work has reached audiences across Europe and beyond, including Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Canada, and the United States. More than 50,000 participants have attended his programs. He is happily married and the father of nine children.

Jelena Ilić

Specialist in Sustainable Spiritual Development

Jelena Ilić is a specialist in sustainable spiritual development. Born in 1990, she completed her undergraduate studies in Sustainable Tourism Management in Bar and earned her master’s degree in Zagreb in 2016. She continues her professional development through the Vlado Ilić School of Life, where she became a certified international trainer and educator in Family Constellations. Through personal example and carefully designed mentoring programs, she inspires and guides participants on their personal and professional growth journeys, helping them discover and express their authentic selves. She encourages individuals to recognize and fulfill their unique life calling. For more than a decade, she has successfully guided children of various ages through creative dance workshops and international competitions across multiple dance disciplines. Happily married and the mother of five children, with experience from five home births, she provides support to women and couples while inspiring future parents on the path of self-love, fulfilling partnerships, pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children. She lives a love that has a future.
